These treatments may be used as part of Jays training case studies, to help him towards attaining his status as a fully qualified massage therapist. A donation of £20.00 is suggested for these sessions to help towards the costs incurred during this training period. He is particularly interested in providing a space for men to come and have some time out and to relax from the stresses of everyday life.

You will enjoy a relaxing and calming massage, which is designed to help the stress and tension of modern life melt away. The treatment will include a facial massage as well as concentrating on the arms and hands, legs and feet, tummy, neck, back and shoulders. It is a great way to revive tired muscles and help to maintain a healthy blood flow around the body as well as making you feel totally relaxed.
The full body massage is available to both male and female clients and the appointment will take around 1 hour 30 minutes as a consultation will take place prior to the massage,
